Screw Anchors

Screw Anchors are self-tapping masonry fasteners designed to provide secure anchorage in concrete, brick, or block substrates. Unlike expansion-type anchors (e.g., wedge or sleeve anchors), screw anchors do not require lead shields, plastic plugs, or expansion mechanisms.

They achieve holding strength through direct thread engagement and friction with the base material. Installation typically involves drilling a properly sized pilot hole and driving the anchor using standard power tools. This makes screw anchors ideal for applications requiring speed, reliability, and ease of removal or adjustment.

Key Advantages:

  • No expansion required — minimizes stress on base material

  • Fast, simple installation

  • Effective in solid and hollow masonry

  • Removable and reusable in some conditions
